Our Goldens

Our goal in breeding Golden Retrievers and Golden Doodles is to raise high quality pups which can compete in the show ring, in obedience, at field trials or just be the best family pet anyone could ask for. We have our adults OFA certified for hips and elbows. Our puppies are raised in a family environment and have had extensive socialization. All pups are micro-chipped and given their first round of shots before leaving for their new homes.

Due to our many other time constraints, we did not actively shown and competed with our dogs over the years. We have though obtained both a show and an obedience title on Jack Buck our Hungarian Imported male. We have also earned show championships on Queen, Reba and Lilly. Whether titled or not, our dogs are bred to compete in these arenas. Pups from past breedings, have become duck hunters, utility dogs, support dogs, competitive water dogs and great family members.

We are not a large kennel / puppy mill. We have been raising Golden Retrievers since 2004. Until a few years ago we raised 100% “American” Golden Retrievers. We have now migrated to raising 100% English Golden Retrievers and English Golden Doodles. We have two English Golden Retriever breeding males which were both imported by us from Hungary, Jack and Ace as well as one Standard Poodle, Louie. All of our females are also Full English including several who have been directly imported from Hugary and Spain. We strive to offer the very best bloodlines possible at a price point the average family can still afford.

Jack Buck

We are very excited to have been able to acquire Jack from Sunnyfield Kennels in Hungary. His father was championed in Germany and his mother in Hungary. His brother / litter mate has been actively campaigned in Europe and stood second at the World Dog show in the Puppy class in 2013. Jack has been shown sparingly but already is an International IABCA show Champion as both a puppy and an Adult as well as having earned his Companion Dog and two Obedience titles.
Jack truly is the total combination of both Brains and Beauty! He has an amazing outgoing personality and cannot wait to do things to please his master! He is OFA hip/elbow certified with the highest score of OFA Excellent. His eyes tested clear as well. Ace - CamCon Golden Retrievers in Okawville, Illinois

Ace

Like Jack, we were able to import Ace from Hungary as well. While out of the same kennel in Hungary, Ace comes from a completely different blood line than his buddy Jack. Ace is both a National and an InternaThere are only 8 dogs on Ace’s full 5 generation pedigree which were not a championed show dog in Europe. You have to go back to the 4th generation before you even get to the first one. This speaks to his truly excellent blood lines. Ace is almost pure white with a beautiful flowing coat and that big blocky style. He has that hard to resist beauty to go along with an awesome fun loving personality.

Louie

Louie is our Party Colored Poodle that we cross with our English Golden Retriever females to produce our English Cream Golden Doodles. Louie has a wonderful, fun loving personality that makes him a crowd favorite wherever he goes. He lives with our son Connor and is a real favorite among all of their friends. The Doodle pups shown on these pages are all pups he has produced.

Holly

Holly came to us from Topbrass Kennels which is widely known as the premier breeder in the US of working Goldens.
Her father is AmCH Sunkota’s Phorgone Conclusion OS. The OS at the end means that not only did he earn is Championship, but he has had enough of his offspring attain theirs that he is recognized as an Outstanding Sire.
Her mother is Lacrosse I Dare You who is out of AFC OTCH Topbrass Ascending Elijah OS/FDHF. Virtually all of the dogs on her pedigree have been titled in either obedience or field trials.
Holly is long since retired from breeding, but her line carries on through her daughter Linday and Grand Daughter Queen. It is hard to find a better bred female than Holly.

Lindy

Lindy is a female that we kept out of a breeding between Big Daddy and Holly. With that cross you get the very best cross of working and show American Golden Retrievers. Lindy is a gorgeous medium golden colored Golden Retriever with an awesome personality. She loves people and wants to be at your side at all times. Additionally, she is very smart and a wonderful mother to her pups.

Queen

Queen is a female we kept from Lindy’s first litter. Her father is an English male out of the Silvermine Kennels. She is 50% EnglishBreeding of her and either of our Full English males will produce pups which are 75% English and are be very light to white in color. She was born in March 2013. She was shown very sparingly but earned her show championship in only one weekend of showing where she stood second overall Best Puppy in Show.
She brings an outstanding combination of American working and show dogs from Lindy’s side which was then crossed with the Enlish lines on her father’s side. It would be hard to find a nicer / better bred 50% English female than Queen.

Lilly

Lilly comes to us as a full English addition to our breeding program. Not only is she full English but she boasts as strong a pedigree as you will find with GunHill dogs on her top side and Zampanzar on the bottom. Additionally she earned her National and International Show Titles at one year of age. She has a wonderful people loving personality and wants to be right by your side at all times.

Reba

Reba is another addition to our breeding program who is also full English. She is a beautiful snow white female with outstanding confirmation. She is both a National and and International Show Champion. She produces those beautiful blocky pups which will be white or virtually white in color. She is a wonderful cross with either of our breeding males.

Sasha

We imported Sasha from Spain in early 2018. She come with impeccable breeding as her father is from the famous Thevenet Kennel in Spain. Sasha is the largest of the females in our breeding program. With her size comes that extremely blocky look. If you are looking for a large and blocky pup. Sasha has what you are looking for.

Zoie

Zoie comes to us as another direct import from Hungary out of the Sunnyfield’ Kennel. Virtually every dog on her pedigree is a championed show dog. She represents the very best of many years of breeding top dogs. Her pups are an opportunity to get pups which are only second generation imports.

Annie

Annie is a half sister to Reba. Like Reba, she has that snow white coat, blocky features, and wonderful personality that make her a joy to be around. She produces nice blocky pups that get attention wherever they go.

Sophie

Sophie is a full sister to Ace. Therefore, she brings all of that same breeding and also a beautiful virtually white coat. She makes a wonderful cross with Jack to produce the best of what our lines have to offer.

Ivy - CamCon Golden Retrievers in Okawville, Illinois

Ivy

Ivy is a granddaughter of Ace which we brought back into our breeding program. She has that snow white coat to go along with a wonderful personality and nice blocky features. She is a wonderful addition to our breeding program.

Avery

Avery and her full sister Sadie are litter mates which we imported from Spain from the well known Thevenet Kennels. They offer the very best of what the European lines have to offer. They both reside with friends of ours but are an integral part of our breeding program.

Sadie

Bailey

Bailey is a female we have kept out of a breeding between Ace and Reba. She offers the best of what we are trying to produce in our breeding program. She has a virtually white coat and the nice blocky features you are looking for in a Golden.
